Refund Policy
Effective: June 9, 2026
This Refund Policy sets out the criteria for refunds and withdrawal of subscription for paid fees of the Innostock Service provided by Innostock (the "Company"). Matters not stipulated in this Policy are governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws.
1. Free Trial
No fee is charged during the free trial period, and no refund arises. Users may stop using the Service at any time during the free trial.
2. Subscription Payment and Cancellation
- Paid subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis.
- Users may cancel the subscription at any time before the next payment date; upon cancellation, no fee is charged from the next billing cycle.
- An already-paid subscription may be used until the end of that billing cycle.
3. Withdrawal of Subscription
- Users may request withdrawal of subscription (a refund) within 7 days of the payment date.
- However, once use of the Service has commenced after payment — meaning sales/inventory data has been uploaded and a demand forecast has been generated — withdrawal is restricted under Article 17(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the payment is non-refundable. Merely logging in does not constitute commencement of use; in that case a full refund is available within 7 days.
- The Company provides a free trial so the Service can be fully tested before payment, and gives notice of this withdrawal restriction in advance of payment through this policy.
4. Refund Criteria
- Where the user could not use the Service normally due to a cause attributable to the Company (e.g., a major service outage): the amount corresponding to the period not used will be refunded.
- Refunds due to the user's simple change of mind: subject to the withdrawal criteria in Article 3 above.
- Cancellation during a monthly subscription period: the Service may be used until the end of the billing cycle; no pro-rata refund is provided for the remaining period.
5. Refund Method and Processing Time
Refunds are, in principle, made using the same method used for payment, and are processed within 7 business days from the date the refund request is approved. Depending on the payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected.
