Why I built this

Sure, you can manage inventory on Excel — if you only have a handful of SKUs.

Sluggish files Freezes & vanishes Endless overtime

For over a decade — across large corporations, multinationals, and startups — I've forecasted demand mostly in Excel.

The problem was Excel itself: add a few SKUs and it slowed to a crawl, a few formulas and it buckled — freezing mid-save, even wiping out my work.

So I built Innostock — it forecasts demand fast and accurately, however much data you have, and tells you exactly which SKUs to reorder, and how many. The era of running inventory on Excel is over.

The usual fixes — and their limits

ERP only records the past — it doesn't forecast future demand.

Hiring more people still leans on one person's skill — and when they leave, the know-how leaves with them.

Teams ordering on gut feel

The data is piling up, but forecasts still rely on experience and intuition.

Features

How it works

From data upload to demand forecasts in minutes

Three steps. No complicated setup — start right away.

01

Upload your sales history

Fill our sample template with your data and drag-and-drop the Excel or CSV. Just move the order history you exported from Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, and the like into it — all we need is date, SKU, and quantity.

02

Auto-forecast every SKU

In seconds to minutes, generate 12-month demand forecasts for every SKU, viewable by channel.

03

Add stock & lead time → reorder plan

Just enter your current stock and lead times, and we'll factor in in-transit and safety stock to tell you exactly how much to order this month.

What changes

Get demand right, and your cash flow changes.

Cut stockouts and overstock, and both your sales and cash flow come alive.

Fewer stockouts → more sales captured

See demand coming and reorder in time, so you never miss a best-seller and recover the sales you used to lose.

Less overstock → cash freed up

Filter out what won't sell, and recover the cash locked in inventory to put it where it actually matters.

Premium demand & ordering plan

Simple, transparent pricing — no hidden costs

Losing sales to stockouts — do you know how much?

A company doing ₩10B a year recovers about ₩500M in annual sales by cutting stockouts just 5% — and frees capital tied up in excess stock.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from ERP or Excel?

ERP is a tool for recording the past. Innostock learns from that data to predict future demand — and tells you exactly when and how much to reorder. And unlike spreadsheets that slow down or freeze as SKUs and formulas pile up, Innostock handles far more data, fast.

Is it complicated to set up?

There's no installation or implementation. Just upload your sales history as an Excel or CSV file, and you'll see forecasts within minutes.

Does it integrate with ERP or e-commerce management platforms?

If the system provides an API, integration is possible. That said, some providers charge for API access. Even then, you can simply upload your sales data as an Excel or CSV file and get started right away — with or without an integration.

Are forecasts accurate even with little sales history?

Forecast accuracy improves the longer your sales history is. So the sooner you start managing with a statistical approach, the more your data builds up — forecasts keep getting sharper and your inventory operations get steadier over time. And above all, the biggest value is what you pick up along the way: which signals to watch and how to judge them — the management fundamentals — become second nature as you use Innostock. Even for a few SKUs or brand-new products, starting early pays off.

Will existing customers' rates go up too?

Not right away. This price adjustment applies to new customers, and if you are already subscribed, your current rate is maintained through December 31, 2026. From January 1, 2027, the updated rate applies, and we always notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime.

What’s the difference between Solo and Team/Custom?

Solo is the standard plan for a single operator with up to 1,000 SKUs. If multiple people manage different brands, or you need large-scale/custom integration or security, that’s Team/Custom (contact us).

What is the onboarding fee?

A package covering initial data setup, a 1:1 onboarding session, and your first forecast review — we set it up with you so you get value fast. It’s currently free as a launch promotion.
